I allow myself to ask the question again and again and to be a bit penetrant (can you say this in english? Not so sure...):
Is there a problem with the English (and the French) translation of the bylaws or is it possible to give a date, when they are ready? It's absolutely no problem, that the first "deadline" (end of November) has been missed, but as it's now 10 days later, it would be nice, if you could give a kind of time scale.
