I have just updated to Mercurial changeset 15 and am getting the
following error:
cl.exe - System Error
"The program can't start because mspdb100.dll is missing from your
computer"
(changeset 14 worked ok.)
The build log looks like this:

[mkdir] Creating directory
'D:\WiX\WiX3.5\Source\build\obj\debug\x86\dutil\2010'.
[cl] Compiling 1 files to
'D:\WiX\WiX3.5\Source\build\obj\debug\x86\dutil\2010'.
BUILD FAILED - 4 non-fatal error(s), 3 warning(s)
External Program Failed: cl (return code was -1073741515)
Any ideas what would cause this?
I am running "%VS90COMNTOOLS%\vsvars32.bat" before the build but it
doesn't seem to matter if I do or don't I get the same error. If I
change to "%VS100COMNTOOLS%\vsvars32.bat" the error changes to
mspdb80.dll.
mspdb100.dll is on my system in the folders "C:\Program Files
(x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE" and "C:\Program Files
(x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\bin\amd64".
