Git is supposedly able to detect those. What version of git are you running? I 
spot checked some and they are still okay in all my repros. Are all files 
corrupt or just some that you noticed?

Does *.jpg and *.png need added to .gitattributes? The images in 
src\chm\files\content seem to have been corrupted in one of my clones, and I 
suspect it's due to CRLF conversion.
