hmmmm, it seems that you can run scripts that cahnge other databases outised of the sqldatabse element the scrit is inside of so maybe it'sa size issue.
The script I'm trying to run is 16mb... about 300,000 lines of SQL. This takes about 3 minutes to run if you do it manually..
