That C:\c45145141abc stuff is from a really lame bootstrapper from MSFT. Burn never does that. After Setup Completes some MSI's leave their files behind in the Temporary location. SQL Server Setup is guilty of this. Ever seen a directory like C:\c456912xyz123abc. A folder like this was created by a Setup, that did not "clean up" after it was finished.
