Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard Sauce

1 cup honey 
1 cup spicy brown mustard -- prepared 
1 cup all-purpose flour 
1 cup bread crumbs -- fresh 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
1/2 teaspoon garlic -- granulated 
4 pounds chicken breast -- skinless, boneless, 

Combine honey and mustard; mix well. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, 
pepper and garlic; mix well. Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb 
mixture; shake off excess. Deep-fry in 375 degrees F oil about 1-1/2 
minutes or until completely cooked and golden brown. Serve chicken 
fingers with sauce on the side
