Thanks Peter and Russ for letting this digital web magazine redesign thread continue.
I know it's only related to standards if you stand back a long way and squint but I'm finding it very useful and I don't belong to any other lists that could give me intelligent ideas on these things. And yes guys, one of my better options would be to sub out my design work. I'm still trying to see if it's feasible to work on my own design skills first. Frankly I don't think I have the skills to brief a designer adequately yet. I suspect that's a skill all on its own.
