I believe that what you're suggesting is an incorrect usage of the address element.

The W3C page you link to http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html3/address.html, states the usage of the <address> element as: "The ADDRESS element specifies such information as address, signature and authorship *for the current document*"

Therefore, <address> should only be used on the page when relating to Tee's address on Tee's page, not addresses that are for different locations/cities.
