Friends, I just checked in the query stuff from InfoZone that has been residing in the Ozone CVS repository under xapi/src/common. I have some questions and observations I'd like to discuss:
1. There is a Makefile in xapi but the ant build script is in xapi/src. I propose we move the build.xml to xapi (next to the makefile) so we are consistent. 2. Should I have a separate build file (e.g. buildCommon.xml) for the query stuff or should i merge the existing buildCommon.xml into the build.xml script? If the former then there are several properties that could be shared by a common properties file i.e. build.dir, lib.dir etc. and I'd like to break those out in that case. 3. Right now each header refers to the InfoZone tools licence. Should/can this be changed to a XML:DB License?
