Actually, given the name (entitycmp-custom.xdt rather than
entitycmp-custom-{0}.xdt) it's not a per-bean merge file. So, it should
be named exactly entitycmp-custom.xdt, and placed in the mergedir itself
not under it. The code in this custom template will then be included
and run in every generated CMP class.
