Hmmm, that's pretty cool - I was thinking that a setup like that would be nice at home, but it's actually not what I'm after. I'm trying to start two local XFree86 server: :0 - This server will be a normal, standard local login, just like most people's xdm does. :1 - This server will be called to query a remotehost via XDMCP. I'm trying to have two VT's with X running - vt7 will have :0 and vt8 will have :1. I can start this by hand (by running "X :1 -query remotehost") after starting xdm, but I'd like xdm to kick up the second server for me. Thanks for the info though - I'll probably set that up at home. -- Ross Vandegrift [EMAIL PROTECTED] A Pope has a Water Cannon. It is a Water Cannon. He fires Holy-Water from it.
