Hi, I've installed Gentoo Linux 1.4_rc4 on my Pentium III machine. (includes glibc-2.3.2 and xfree86-4.3.0) Also part of my machine is the graphic card 'Diamond Fire GL2'. But I didn't find a driver for this card and my glibc-version on http://www.ati.com/support/products/workstation/firegl2/linux/firegl2linuxdrivers.html (The driver for glibc-2.2 didn't work)
There was also no driver for it on http://www.schneider-digital.de/html/download_ati.html. I also didn't manage to run the Fire GL2 with another driver. Do you know a driver out there which will work with my installation? Is there a possibility to install also glibc-2.2.x beside glibc-2.3.2 just for this driver from ati? If yes, how to do this?
