I saw Juan last week here in DC and while the tracks were great, the set was
ruined by trainwreck after trainwreck. People were shaking their heads and
leaving the floor.
i fail to understand those who disvalue the atkins experience,
saying he's just a house dj now. sure, there were horns, funky bass
lines,>harmonies, but i consider myself a techno man and it was a great set
(minus>the small problems with the second turntable at the beginning). i'm
still>feeling great more than an hour later.
