Very true. When Sasha played here on NYE, he lasted 1/2 hour and let Digweed
pick up the rest. He was 'tired'. I have seen exhausted Detroit DJs still
create magic and play 4 hours plus.

I guess Shakira qualifies as a positive Middle Eastern pop icon but much has
been said how Sony is stressing her Latin ancestry, not her Lebanese roots.
