Just thinking out loud about a possible scenario here: what would happen if a few of the bookings fall through for whatever reasons (and some will, it's inevitable). Who is responsible for filling the gaps in the proposed lineup? Does the decision go back to the artist board or does PCM then have the liberty to book who they want?
