Well, London is one thing, but why not think Europe? - we have no borders
here after all: I'm sitting here with a cd by two Dutch guys who have so far
got and running totally under their own steam (and funding) -  I don't know
how old they are but I don't think they're as old as me ;-) ... And I've met
and hear about dozens more, in Germany, Czech Republic, Portugal - almost
everywhere, techno is budding still.
