I guess so. I know when people have their html enabled, some formats can
read those mails, some can't (I can read html enabled-mail at work, but not
at home). The latter invokes the spectre of voluminous incomprehensible
batches of characters (some alien!) and are both tedious and time consuming
to delete. Plus you just can't see what the poster is saying. So easy to
remedy too.
