Hey, don't knock it - I've had some cracking info come through from discogs
members, and it's also nice to know (for me) that my tunes (or wants) are
either a) available or b) wanted.

I suppose if you already know that then it might get annoying. And the
tendency to overcharge is very true - imagine what it'll be like in ten
years' time? Trying to source those original or rare slates is only gonna
get harder...

I only got mine up a few days ago, sure enough the next day I got the same
sort of email. ,seems like more people will email you about your want list
though.

What i do find annoying is people saying i have this record 'from your want
list' without naming a price, then when  you ask its like 60 pounds or
something- pffft.

I've started building my collection on discogs and just got an email from
someone wanting to buy one of my records - is this common? None of my
records on there are for sale, I just use the website as a back-up to my
library database I have at home.

So do people use Discogs alot to sell and trade?
