My view is that Josh Wink has been prolific at a price, and the price is being derivative at best and, apparently, 'nicking' other producers at worst. No doubt he has a nose for what sells on the dance floor, could anyone ever forget Higher State of Consciousness. After the first time I never wanted to hear it again, but it was supremely popular for about a year it seemed.
On the other hand, Feel the Warmth (on the Deepest Shade of Techno comp) was ok, How's the Music was pretty decent acid, and I'm still fond of Meditation Will Manifest. But now someone will come along and tell me how -that- one is a nick too I suppose :) fh
