(i have no handy reference for this, but i'm playing the odds here.) they were forefathers who happened to be contemporaries, and few (if any) had done that before them. someone trying to do it now would probably just be laughed at. however, in honor of this thread, i'm going to start all of my weekly sets with "welcome to the pleasuredome" from now on, a la ron hardy.
