mo e...I have a work-mate na binangga yung Acura nya tapos call sya
insurance nya.

Yupyup, nasa bank pa si Laarni...

Mababang mortgage? Try getting from AIG, kasama sa mababang rates e
pero TD offers one of the best rates. Why don't you try getting your
mortgage with the bank attached to the builder? Madalas may cash back
sila or lower rates. Try getting a 5-7 year fixed rate para safe ka sa
pagtaas ng rates.

Oo nga..tahimik si Debbie...

oo nga... 3 years old na car ko, so malabo mapapalitan ng mas bago
antime soon, kasi tataas lalo insurance... casualty kasi nung winter
insurance ko...(it was $350 nung unang bili, then bumaba ng $300 a
month then nagmahal na nung may accident)...

nakabangga, baka takbuhan eh...

saka I drive 37km one way to work (Toronto-Markham).. malapit lang
yata drive mo so lesser risk, lesser ins. premium...

summer...

si Debbie masyadong quiet ngayon a... musta na spousal sponsorship?

Randy ...
