I'm a bit pained to read this comment. This is data is not something like a
JPEG which, if missing, can be easily detected and which can probably be
retrieved from backup. Unfortunately, this is data for synchronizing remote
standalones so both the content and the temporal sequence are very
important.
What's the latest version of 4D where you tried this approach? I'm thinking
(hoping) that the issue might be resolved in a newer version.
