yes, running a form that contains a list directly from the design process,
clashes with the application process also displaying a list,
if both forms try to list a selection from the same table.

this is since v14.

better to start a new process.

another caveat since v14
is that one must not exist application mode by simply activating a design 
process window,
such as the explorer or toolbox.
one must explicitly opt out of application mode via menu (context or menu bar).
