I created a text variable on the form and put WA Get current URL(waDocument) in
Variable or Expression field of the variables's property list.

When opened the text fariable displays the proper posix file path provided on
load. There is no change to the text variable or the Web Area when I drag and
drop a different pdf onto the Web Area. I do get a green plus cursor when I
drag over the web area, but nothing happens when I drop.

I commented the open url command on load so that the Web Area does not get a
URL on load and the text variable is blank. Everything remains blank when I
drag a pdf onto the Web Area.

BTW, I tried to do the same thing in windows but I cannot drag and drop from
the file system to the web area. The cursor shows the circle with the slash
through it. Is drag and drop only available on a mac?
