I think the “standard behaviour” answer is a mistake on the part of 4D, and I hope they will reconsider their stand on this. As others have said, “Target:=value“ should always mean the target gets changed to the value. Anything else is “non-standard behaviour”. It may be tricky to make it happen in this instance, but it needs to be done. Just my $0.02… KG
