Yes, I've seen this error message in the past too. But I wasn't aware there is a connection to 4D. I got it using Excel without 4D even on computers without 4D installed. And regarding the rdpclip.exe problem, AFAIK this bug is fixed in a recent version of 4D, I'm think at least in 4D V13 (but I'm not sure).
