Check the archives of the iNUG, a looong time ago I posted the algorithms to 
deal with that kind of things.

Position1 + Bearing + Distance [nm] ===> Position2 
        OR
Position1 + Position2   ===> Bearing + Distance.

If you can’t find it let me know and I’ll dive into the abyss of my hard 
drives. ;-)
