Hm, with my 32-bit hardware and 64 Studio 2.1 rc1 the USB device seems not to be the cause for any problem. Now I also won't run into trouble when playing live without running Rosegaden. A build in USB MIDI device will use the same ALSA USB driver. The USB devices seems not to be the cause, anyway, I will try to use Rosegarden without using the USB device and take a look at the IRQs.
