I see a lot of reboots from dying power supplies feeding stacks of harddisks, faulty RAM and sometimes weak BIOS batteries. I would buy a new battery (possibly a cheap CR2032?), check the RAM using memtest from any linux live cd and try reducing power consumption by disconnecting CDROM and harddisks, if possible.
