It should be possible.  Have a look at the hdspconf and hdspmixer
applications.  From looking at these programs it looks like we can have
3 cards in a given computer.  I am not sure if the cards need to be same
model to work this way though (ie. they all might need to be 9652s).

I only have a single 9652 so I am unable to confirm if this actually works.
