The addressing scheme proposed has advantages in terms of control traffic 
overhead and memory footprint.
This is independent from reliability, that is why we decide to have a separate 
document.

But you make a fair point about usability of the solution with respect of the 
level of reliability, will add text on this point in the next revision of the 
reliability document. Thanks
