I agree with JP. The routing requirements work item will have some
interesting collaborations with ROLL if it forms. But that does not
mean 6lowpan should not do it. If anything, ROLL can take an approach
from above while 6lowpan can take an approach from below.
Overall, I think the charter is in good shape and I support it.
