Current version of the draft assumes mesh-under routing in adaptation layer
because we have the mesh header in 6lowpan format (RFC4944).
It is not yet decided whether 6lowpan will have mesh-under routing or not.
However, I think it could be the starting point at least for the 6lowpan
MIB.

This MIB is designed for the 6LoWPAN devices (6lowpan node and 6lowpan
router (aka, 6lowpan forwarder)), not for the 6lowpan edge router (aka,
gateway).
Edge router MIB could also be defined for the white board data structure and
the information which is static throughout the whole 6lowpan.

We would add the high-level description of the work in the next version as
