I support the draft moving forward to the IESG
The issues that have been brought up to do with further compression
modes for TCP and RPL should be dealt with as separate internet drafts
which can be used as additions to this one. Similarly the issues do
with forward compatibility and fragmentation should be dealt with in a
draft to update fragmentation in 4944.
This will allow us to at least get this part of the stack functionality
nailed down
