I have no idea if this permitted; but it seems desireable that there should
be some way to do this, even if it means that a PCE has to reach out
provision everything, or tell all nodes that, "when ASN=xyz12, switch to
schedule FOO"

I think that the term "6TiSCH network" is too vague a term to answer the
question. I think that perhaps "in one PANID" might be easily answered.
(A "6TiSCH network" could span many physical locations, be bridged across
ethernet, and include a multitude of PANIDs, behind a multitude of 6BRs)
