We no longer have any clients that we do onsite work for; over the last
few years we've managed to "move on" beyond this kind of work. Now we
work entirely on jobs where we can work online.

We always quote a minimum of one hour. $100 per hour. Additional time
is $1.67/minute (it's just as easy to keep track of minutes than
quarter hours, and it allows customers to feel good about our pricing
<smile>.

The above covers Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm. Hours at other times are
charged at $150/hour, with a $150 minimum, and $2./50 minute.

People who pay us a retainer (generally starting at $75 per month) get
the first hour included in the retainer price and $1.25/minute for
additional time.

If people require a fixed price we generally refuse to quote, but if we
do quote, it's generally at three times what we expect it to take.

With no refunds or credit back.
