Need to confirm and given time of day and relatives present can't for
24 hours but I believe Gentoo has already issued new DST timezone
files for all stable versions. I had thought that this had already
been addressed because of the change in november but I could be wrong.

I presume that RH will resolve the issue with an update by the time
DST
starts.
However they can only do it in the main timezone files; not in the
file
in /etc which most of us use. I knew there was a reason to use links
for that file rather than an actual file.
