For some reason it hosed (twice) the partition table on my laptop when I booted it. Nothing better than losing all your precious data, reinstalling, then losing it again! Maybe had something to do with my USB Cdrom drive???
Interesting. I've never had any problems with that CD (the one with Hiren and Mini-PE, right?) If you hosed the partition with it, chances are that you could use Partition Dr (http://www.ptdd.com/). It's in the Hiren menu.
