I don't get it. If the context is updating my blog, then I would think that the web browser interface is an awesome tool.
If I'm looking to interact with my local filesystem, how could this be more usable than a shell combined with locate and/or find|grep ? By design, the Linux filesystem hierarchy makes it fairly easy to just know where all the files should be, without needing an index.
