Hi Rupert,

When I bring up the option to change the program used to open the
file type, it does not give me the option to change the icon as well.
>From the looks of some of the other file types, I need to do that
through the "Advanced" tab which doesn't show up for the image types
when I have it set to Image Preview.

I tried out the Irfanview program and it isn't to bad. I might try
that for a bit and see how it works out. It's definatly small enough
to open files to preview them and doesn't take much ram up.

I've heard of some programs you can use to help change file type
icons but have not found any. Do you know of any I might be able to
try out for free to see if I can fix this problem? Unless I can
figure out how to get Photo Editor completely off the system, I don't
think I can get these icons fixed up.

I used to use PSP and still do for certain kinds of images, but I
prefer Photoshop now. I like how the layers are setup, how you can
edit text after it's already been written and some of the more
advanced features PSP doesn't have. I use the layer styles and such
with Photoshop a whole lot so it makes it easier on me when I do my
graphics, despite the amount of ram it takes up.

Thanks!!
