Hello again!!

I want to apoligize for yet another post, but I wanted to let you
know I solved the problem... Finally!!!

For some reason my CSS files weren't opening in the program I had set
so I had to go in and fix those also and I noticed by going into the
Advanced button in the File Types, I can setup a program to run the
file without using the "Open With..."!

In case anybody reading this is wondering how I fixed the image icons
and such I was having problems with, here's how I did it:

In the Folder Options - File Types, I selected the GIF extention. It
was still set with my older attempts to repair the file so I clicked
the "Restore" button at the bottom which changed the icon back to the
original GIF icon and the Restore button changed to "Advanced". I
clicked on Advanced and selected the 'open' command from the text box
and clicked Edit. (If it's not there, click New). And here are my
settings:

Action: open
Application... : rundll32.exe
C:\\Windows\System\SHIMGVW.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen

Check "Use DDE"

DDE MEssage: [open(%1)]
Application: ShellimageView
DDE Application... : leave blank
Topic: ViewImage

Okay it and make sure the "Confirm open after Download" is checked.

That fixed the icon problem! :) I also managed to delete Photo Editor
from my system and fixed a few other problems the program had caused.

I really appreciate the help! I probably would never have gotten this
figured out if you hadn't helped with some suggestions Rupert!! Thank
You!!!
