"Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX. controls on
this page." This is the error alert that was shown when my friend
tried to get updates from Windows Update, and when he went to
Microsoft for downloads. Also, his security settings [Internet
Explorer] are and have been reset to Medium. Still cannot access any
downloads. How can the group resolve this problem? Meanwhile, his OS
is WinXP.
