I know what it means, I just had not heard the term until I heard Leo
LaPorte use it in one of the TWIT podcasts. I think the meaning is more
complex than the notion that say XP would have SP1 & 2 built in. I think it
is something that would be transpaerent to the user, that when they download
say SP2 any improvements created since SP2 was first created would be
inclueded in a slipstream, with some files comming from the original XP and
some comming for a source of additional improvements.
