I installed Win XP Pro Upgrade on 3 of my 4 systems (kept one running win 98se for it handles a photo scanner XP would not recognize)..Each XP Pro install asked for the 98se cds to verify it was a legal installation, then proceeded to do a full install of XP Pro..like I said Windows calls home..lol..--Phyllis
