1. Did you check both, the power connection to the scanner AND, the connection to the wall/power strip, to make sure they 100% connected? 2. Did you try a different power cord, to see if, the power cord is bad? 3. Did you try different cords(the ones used to provide power to the monitor or, the PC would be a good one to use) in the same connection, to see if something is bad with the wall/power strip?
