When you change the video card you ususally need to adjust the settings on the monitor. But before you do that you may need to change the "refresh rate" In Windows 98 go to Control Panel > Display Settings > [Advanced] > click the button in the lower right. Look in either the second or third tab for this setting. I recommend 75 Hz. After this is done adjust the size of the screen on the monitor with the controls on the front.
