Theresa. It looks to me as though you have your Outlook Express configured to send and receive in plain text. You need to go to Tools>Options>Send and make sure you have html checked. Also, check the box that says Send in the same format as the mail that is receive. However, in so doing, you are making your antivirus software work harder because this is the way virus and worms get in. In embedded images, and attachments.
