If I am reading you correctly, what you are suggesting Jim is unacceptable, you 
know that, but people do.   What they don't do is tell someone how to do it.   
All this is "whatifs".  We know that people pick up on things on the internet.  
   Consider the effect of it on those who have no other way but to purchase and 
pay the price.  Pirate copies push up the price in my very humble opinion.  
I've snipped a lot of your mail in consideration of those who don't have an 
always on connection.
