I know now why my computer runs a bit slower then it did when I got it. Over time, programs that are added are put into the startup part of msconfig and all need to start at log on. Can someone tell me what are the basics that should be in there. Also, is there a way to automatically keep just those needed ones there in case some of the programs continually place themselves there for startup? Hope this is not too confusing.
