Hi Jim,

I did the exact same procedure as you, however, then I would click 
on tools to check it and it goes right back to the Juno page. Its if 
as IE won't let me change the home page. I'm wondering if I picked 
up a browser hijacker or something. I do use Spysweeper and Norton 
Antivirus and nothing was detected.
